Current Shipping Updates

The shop will remain open to purchases on currently listed items, but won’t be shipping any items out until mid-late February with our next shop update. If you place an order now to reserve any products and want to purchase more products in the February shop update, you will be given a code to use in order to avoid over-paying for shipping.
We ship from Alaska worldwide. Due to the nature of our homestead life and harsh seasons orders are shipped once a week during the winter, you’ll receive an email when your order is made, and once it has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Our products are made with the utmost care, yet due to their nature we do not accept returns. However we may issue refunds.
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis on items not from the apothecary. Due to the nature of the products from the apothecary returns & refunds are not offered, exchange requests can be initiated instead. If there is an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase arrived, we can’t offer you a full refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to initiate the process.
